The MDinTouch, Inc. platform provides a complete information processing solution for Health Information Management. This open architecture platform utilizes encryption through a secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) to electronically move voice files between the point of dictation through our production sites. Along with our Internet-based delivery process, this maximizes the efficiency of document deliverables and minimizes potential errors between the routing, transcribing, review, and final distribution.

Our system will integrate with current existing electronic medical record (EMR) and ADT systems through the Health Industry Level 7 (HL7). This capability improves the speed and accuracy of the transcription process as well as eliminates the need for manual entry of transcribed jobs.
